Two films by two young filmmakers.

Tim Reynard (Denied) and Ben Derrick (Fashion Police) have both appeared on stage with PBDS; however, both are also passionate about film. Last year they wrote and directed two feature-length films with the support of grants from the Lottery Big Boost, SKY tv, and North Yorkshire County Council.
The two movies were screened at a glitzy premier at Harrogate's Odeon in January this year, complete with red carpet, glamorous frocks, reporters, fans, stretch limos, and one of the grand old men of British Cinema, Ken Russell, who gave Tim & Ben a glowing write-up in The Times (I have seen the future of film - and they're 16): follow this link for more details.
A less glitzy - but just as enthusiastic - screening was held in the Playhouse on Friday 27 March 2008.
