Booking
General
Bookings normally open four weeks before first performance.
Our ticket price is currently £10 plus a booking fee for all classes. We usually offer concessions for children at Pantomimes only.
Bookings are made either online or by telephone. This allows for online seat selection and payment for tickets using a credit or debit card, with the option to print tickets at home. Further details can be found below.
Please note that for technical reasons we are unable to take bookings by e-mail; we apologise for any inconvenience, and hope you will apply online or by telephone as outlined below.

- Once booking is open, the TicketSource telephone box office service is available from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
- A telephone service fee of £1.75 applies to all completed bookings. This fee is per booking not per seat.
- Calls received outside of available hours will operate on an answerphone and call back basis.
- The telephone box office service is available via a local rate 03 telephone number.
- Tickets for telephone bookings will be dispatched by text message or email.
- If a customer does not have access to text messages or email, TicketSource will supply the booking confirmation number and advise the customer to provide the booking confirmation number along with some form of identification on arrival at the Playhouse.

Sometimes the TicketSource website that provides our booking service gets busy, and a message to that effect can appear when you click on the above link. Delays of this kind are usually rare and very short, so please persist and you will soon get through to our booking page.
