Directions to The Playhouse from Knaresborough & the East
Either:
Follow the A59 to Harrogate.
In Harrogate, follow signs to A61 Ripon.
Leave Harrogate on the A61: at the second Ripley roundabout, take the second exit (signposted: B6165 Pateley Bridge): continue on this road until you enter Pateley Bridge.
Shortly after the 20mph signs, the road curves to the left, and you are at the head of the High Street.
As you descend the High Street, the first (narrow!) turning on the right is Church Street (opposite Kendal’s Butchers and adjacent to the Oldest Sweet Shop in England).
The Playhouse is 30m on your right.

As you leave Knaresborough, take the B6265 signposted Pateley Bridge.
At the first Ripley roundabout, take the 3rd exit and follow the A61 Ripon road for 300 yards.
At the second Ripley roundabout, take the 2nd exit (signposted: B6165 Pateley Bridge): continue on this road until you enter Pateley Bridge.
